Return & Refund Policy

At Quirky Hub we want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

10-day return window

You have 10 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

What can be returned

To be eligible, the item must be:

• In the same condition you received it — unused and unwashed

• With all original tags still attached

• In its original packaging

How to start a return — we pick it up from your door

Contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return:

You do not need to courier anything yourself. Once we approve your request, our team arranges a free reverse pickup from your address. Just keep the item packed and ready — the delivery partner will collect it.

Please note: items sent back to us without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked.

Non-returnable items

Customised or personalised products and clearance or final-sale items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Tell us when you raise your return request and we’ll arrange the exchange directly — no need to place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved.

• Prepaid orders: refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via UPI or bank transfer within 5–7 business days of approval. We’ll collect your UPI ID or account details at the time of pickup.

Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll cancel it right away.
