At Quirky Hub, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and delightful as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

🚚 Free Shipping Across India

We offer free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value required. This applies to both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

⏱ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

📦 Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within 5–7 business days depending on your location within India.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, sale periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or courier delays.

📍 Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you on WhatsApp and by email. You can use these to follow your parcel right up to delivery.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, please message us on WhatsApp and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option across India at no extra charge. Here's how it works:

  • Select Cash on Delivery at checkout.
  • Your order will be packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Pay the delivery executive in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.

Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

🏠 Missed Deliveries

Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address and that the phone number you provided is reachable.

If all three attempts fail, the parcel is returned to us. In that case we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery or, for prepaid orders, process a refund.

🔄 Return & Exchange Shipping

We have a 10-day return policy. If you wish to return or exchange a product:

  • Raise your return request within 10 days of delivery, on WhatsApp or by email.
  • Our team will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address.
  • Return shipping is handled by us — you do not need to courier the product yourself.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Panipat, Haryana, India.
