You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.

2. Our Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours and textures may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your device and its settings. Minor variations in shade, weave or finish are normal for home textile products and are not considered defects.

Product descriptions, availability and prices may change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation.

We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, if the delivery address is not serviceable, or if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity. If we cancel an order, we will inform you using the phone number or email you provided, and any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price charged will be the price shown at the time you place your order.

We accept Cash on Delivery as well as online payment through UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and wallets via our payment partner. You confirm that any payment details you provide are your own and are accurate.

Discounts and promotional offers are subject to their own terms, may be withdrawn at any time, and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is offered as a convenience. Repeatedly refusing delivery of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your address or phone number, or in future orders being declined.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India, free of charge. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 5–7 business days.

All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, product photographs, graphics, logos and design — is owned by Quirky Hub or its licensors and is protected under Indian intellectual property law. You may use our website for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of our content without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Panipat, Haryana.
